New App: SPF Generator

I spent a few hours today creating a new app to help generate SPF records: SPF Generator. It's linked to in Utilities section.

It's fairly simple, but I iterated on it with Claude.ai and was pretty happy at the speed I managed to get this up and running. It doesn't cover all aspects of SPF records, but it does the basics and covers most of my own use-cases that I've personally come across.

I have some ideas on how this can be improved further, but I'll leave that for another day. I'd also like to create a similar app for DMARC records, but again - that's for another day.
